Floneck Returns

We want you to love what you ordered.

Because every Floneck item is printed just for you, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind.

If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us at admin@floneck.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund.

Please check our size charts carefully before ordering. Since each item is made to order, exchanges for incorrect sizing aren’t available.

If your package is lost or arrives with a problem, contact us and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
